Create a brand identity for a brewery named Legacy Brew House including a beer case and beer label

The idea was to create a package line that spoke to the brewery name Legacy. This was to feature an illustration along with a beer name and theming that would showcase a person in history that had left a legacy on the world.

For their amber ale I used Abraham Lincoln as the person to theme the packaging around. I created the beer case in an Americana style using red, off white and blue  paired with bold sans serif and serif fonts. I created an illustration of the Abraham Lincoln monument in a propaganda style with a sun ray coming from behind and blue framing and ribbon. For the beer label I feature the illustration but increased the name prominence so that it was legible at a smaller size. To keep with the theming of the beer case, I stacked the typography and applied a propaganda style drop shadow.
